We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may request a return according to the policy below.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
  • Proof of purchase is required.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or customized products
  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Perishable goods
  • Personal care items that have been opened or used

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact customer support with your order number.
  2. Wait for return authorization.
  3. Ship the item using the provided return instructions.

Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days after delivery so we can resolve the issue.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
